My opinion: It would be better if material from this monument they use, they could use to built some africans a school or house.

Milan has new monument
In center of Milan, there is new very unusual monument .. 33 foot high statue is showing the middle finger and the other fingers had been cut of. Author said : Each person have to understand by himself what he thinks about this monument.
My opinion: It would be better if material from this monument they use, they could use to built some africans a school or house.
